Whisper: Live Widget

Whisper is a private, in-the-moment messaging app, made for sharing memories with your closest friends. No feed. No group chats. Every connection belongs to just the two of you. Send a photo, a video, or a voice note. It appears right on your friend's home screen widget, and they tap to watch or listen without opening the app. The Live widget works on iOS 26 and later. SHARE THROUGH THE WIDGET Put your friends on your home screen and share your moments through the day without ever opening the app. To reply, just tap the widget. MORE IN EVERY WHISPER Add a filter as you take a photo or video. Add a song, and your friend opens it in their own music app. Add a place to show where you are. Send your mood. It stays on your friend's widget until it ends on its own. PRIVACY MATTERS MOST Everything sent on Whisper is end-to-end encrypted. Here is what that means in practice. When you pair with someone, your two phones agree on a key that only the two of you have. It is created on your devices and never sent to us. Everything you send is locked with that key before it leaves your phone, and only your friend's phone can open it. What passes through our servers is a sealed package we have no way to read. Once a message is seen, it disappears from our servers. NO PHONE NUMBER, NO CONTACTS Whisper never asks for your phone number and never touches your contacts. Only the friends you share your invite link or code with can pair with you. NO ADS, NO TRACKING Whisper is built for staying close to your friends, not for watching you. We do not turn what you see, or what you react to, into an advertising profile. WHISPER UNLIMITED Whisper is free to use. Whisper Unlimited is an optional subscription that unlocks the full experience, including videos, songs and every mood, and it starts with a 7-day free trial.
