About SteadyStat BP & Medication Log

Blood pressure is not just a number. SteadyStat logs your readings and your medications together, so you can see how they move in relation to each other over weeks and months — and hand your doctor a report instead of a shoebox of numbers. WHAT YOU CAN DO Log blood pressure and pulse • Systolic, diastolic and pulse in a few taps • Each reading is color-banded using AHA categories • Add context to any reading: just woke up, caffeine, stress, poor sleep, post-exercise, missed med, high-salt meal and more • Import readings from Apple Health, or a CSV file Track medications and doses • Doses, schedules, prescriber, pharmacy and notes • Reminders you can answer from the notification: Taken, Skip or Snooze • Set your own snooze length and how far apart missed-dose follow-ups arrive • Mark a dose taken or skipped, with a reason and any symptoms See the pattern • A Blood Pressure Control Report charts your readings against the doses you logged, over 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days • Key Findings compares readings on missed-dose days with the rest of the period • Peak and trough windows, daypart averages and variability, each with the number of readings behind it • Data Reliability tells you how complete the period is before you read anything into it Reports your doctor can use • Five PDF reports: blood pressure control, medication adherence, medication list, vitals log and a full combined report • Structured for a quick clinical read, not a raw data dump • Share or print from your device Private by design • No account, no sign-in • Your data is stored on your device, not on our servers • No ads, no trackers, no data selling • Back up to a file you keep, and restore it on another device SteadyStat is for tracking and information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Color bands follow published AHA categories and are for tracking only. Always talk to your healthcare provider about your readings, your medication and any change to your treatment.

What’s new

Version 1.04 · Updated September 18, 2026

Missed-dose reminders can now break through silent mode. If you don't respond to a dose reminder, the last follow-up in the chain can be delivered as a Critical Alert, so it is audible even when your iPhone is on silent or in a Focus mode. • Off by default. Turn it on in Settings > Reminder Behaviour, and iOS will ask for its own separate permission. • Only the final follow-up for an unanswered dose uses it. Your first reminder and the first follow-up are unchanged. • Tapping Taken or Skip on any earlier reminder cancels it, as before. • Turning the setting off returns pending follow-ups to a normal alert straight away. Your medications, reminders and history are unchanged. This update requires iOS 15 or later.
