No Contact Tracker: Unsent

DON’T SEND THE MESSAGE. PUT IT IN UNSENT. Unsent helps you stay no contact, get through the urge to text, and notice the progress you are making after a breakup. Build a calmer daily routine around choosing yourself. An Unsent subscription is required to access the app after onboarding. TRACK YOUR NO-CONTACT STREAK See exactly how long you have stayed no contact. Follow your milestones and keep your reason for starting close. WRITE IT WITHOUT SENDING IT Get the words out in a space made for the message you should not send. Journal what happened, write a personal statement, and return to it when the urge comes back. SUPPORT IN THE MOMENT Use Rescue Mode when you are close to breaking no contact. Breathe, remember why you started, or talk to Sage—an AI companion designed to respond with warm, practical support. NOTICE YOUR PATTERNS Log your mood, reflect on difficult days, and see how your journey changes over time. YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS ALONE Join the no-contact Community to share progress and encouragement with people on a similar journey. UNSENT MEMBERSHIP A subscription unlocks the full experience: your timer and milestones, Rescue Mode, unsent writing tools, Community, mood check-ins and insights, unlimited Sage messages and journal entries, and the Evidence Locker. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices and trial availability vary by country and are shown before purchase. Unsent offers emotional-wellbeing tools and AI-generated support. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service.
