mapdap - Meet The Neighborhood

mapdap is the social app for the people on your block. Open the app and drop into a live conversation with neighbors who are actually nearby - no follower counts, just real people in real places sharing their vibe. Wherever you are, there's a chat happening. Walk into a new neighborhood, and the conversation changes with you. ZONE CHAT A live group chat with everyone around you. See how busy it is, who's there, and what they're talking about - the new coffee place, the band playing tonight, the best lunch spot down the street. Conversations are anchored to the place, so what's said there stays there. EXPLORE WHAT'S NEARBY See what's happening in the neighborhoods around you. Peek into a nearby chat to feel the energy of a place before you ever set foot there. Use it to scope a new street, plan a night out, or just feel connected to where you are. CITY VIBES Catch the pulse of your whole city through Vibes - short, location-anchored posts that surface what's happening in real time. Tap a pin on the map to see exactly where it came from. SHARE A MOMENT Snap a photo, type a line, drop a vibe. Your post lives at the place you posted it, and people nearby see it instantly. Quick, honest signals of what's happening here, now. YOUR PROFILE Your profile represents you in your own style. Build a presence in your community, not an audience online. Add a photo, or a short bio. WHO MAPDAP IS FOR - People new to a city who want to meet locals fast - Anyone curious what's happening on their block right now - Neighbors who want a real chat with the people next door - Travelers who want a feel for a place before they explore it - Anyone tired of social apps full of strangers from everywhere PRIVACY AND SAFETY mapdap uses your location to anchor conversations to where you are - never to stream it. Your exact location is never shared with other users. You decide what your profile shows, and you can block, or report anyone at any time.
