Abysm: Dream Journal

Abysm is a private dream journal that helps you remember your dreams and understand them. Record a dream by voice the moment you wake, or write it down. Abysm keeps a calm night log: a moon-phase week, last night's dream at the top and every earlier night below. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Record dreams by voice or text, with mood, vividness, people, places and tags. - Interpret a dream, or retell it as a short story, with Apple Intelligence on your iPhone. - Talk with Dream Guide about patterns across your journal, or chat about a single dream. - Spot recurring symbols, with meanings for over 50 common dream symbols. - See your year in dreams: streaks, nightmares, lucid dreams, and who and where you dream about most. - Get a Morning Recall reminder at your wake-up time. - Export your whole journal as a Markdown file. - Use Abysm in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean or Chinese. PRIVATE BY DESIGN AI features run on Apple's on-device model, so your dreams are never sent to an AI server. Abysm collects no analytics, and your journal syncs only through your own iCloud account. AI features are optional: turn them off anytime in Settings › AI Features, and Abysm works as a complete private journal without them. Abysm is free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
