For your customers (on every quote page): Live chat widget that answers questions about their quote — what's included, scheduling, comparing tiers — grounded in the actual quote data Smart negotiation: when a customer asks for a discount, the AI counter-offers within the limits you set, then lets them accept the negotiated total in one tap Comparison cards: when shoppers ask how you stack up against Jobber, Maid Brigade, Molly Maid and others, they get an honest side-by-side Bilingual: full English and Spanish, auto-detected Proactive nudges: a gentle prompt appears if a quote is open and idle for 90 seconds After acceptance, the widget switches into "Concierge" mode to help with prep, scheduling, and what to expect Accessible: dark mode, reduced motion, and 44px tap targets — feels native on iPhone For you (in Settings → AI Concierge): Master on/off toggle and per-quote override Personality: Concierge, Sales, or Casual (custom voice on Pro) Negotiation guardrails — set your max discount % and topics that are off-limits Default suggested prompts customers see first Sandbox: try the widget on a fake quote before turning it loose Conversations browser: read every customer chat, see detected intent, and follow the outcome Insights: weekly digest emailed every Monday with conversations, negotiations, average discount given, top questions, and conversion lift Tier availability: Q&A, Spanish, and nudges are on every plan. Negotiation, comparison cards, conversations, and weekly insights require Growth or Pro. Custom personality and the sandbox are Pro. Stability and performance polish.
