NekoLock - Cat App Blocker

Use social media too much, and a cat drops in to bother you. A gentle way out of phone addiction that doesn't rely on willpower. An hour on social media. Two hours of videos. The cat will stop that cycle for you. A gentle app limiter where you can't use social media until you've petted the cat and made it happy. Worth a try especially if strict blocking apps have never stuck for you. ▼ Recommended for those who: - End up scrolling through social media or short videos endlessly without realizing it. - Frequently open irrelevant apps while studying or working. - Give up on strict restriction apps after just a few days. - Even if they set up the Screen Time feature, they end up overriding it themselves. ▼ Four mechanisms of NekoLock ■ A cat gently drops in When you try to open an app you've chosen, a cat appears on the screen. Pet the cat, and the app is yours for the length you picked (5/10/15 minutes). Rather than a harsh block, it puts a gentle pause in the way and breaks the scrolling you never noticed you'd started. ■ Let the cat sleep when you need to focus Studying, working, or winding down for bed. Lock every app together for a length you choose, up to 8 hours. While it holds, a cat is asleep on the screen. If you really want out, your only option is to tap the cat awake. How many taps it takes is up to the cat. Phone and Messages still work, and you can allow up to five apps through before you start. Focus is free. ■ Collect 12 types of cat friends Tabby, tuxedo, calico, orange tabby, black cat, Ragdoll, Scottish Fold, Munchkin, British Shorthair, Russian Blue, tortoiseshell, and Persian. A random cat friend appears every time you lock an app. Black cats are rare. As you take care of them, their affection grows, unlocking their personality, what they love, and the ability to name them. There's even a celebration on their birthday. ■ Visualize your usage time Check at a glance how many minutes you spent on which apps today and how many times the cat stopped you. Instead of health-style numbers, it shows your time as the moments you spent with your cats. ▼ Privacy considerations - Uses Apple's official Screen Time API (Screen Time / Family Controls). - Information about which apps you are using is processed on-device. No data is sent to a server. - No account registration required. ▼ Support Feedback & requests: in-app Settings Privacy Policy: http://lockapp.stryde.studio/nekolock/privacy/ Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Don't rely on willpower.
