About PALIMPS

Every book you read, in one quiet library. PALIMPS gathers your books, notes and highlights in a single place. Each book has its own page, its own memory. - Photograph a shelf. AI reads the spines, and you confirm what gets added. - Bring your library over from a Goodreads export. - Snap a page, capture highlights, write a note. - Find what you read, years later. No ads, no tracking. Your reading stays yours. Premium keeps your whole library in memory and opens AI features built on your own notes. What’s new

Version 2.0.0 · Updated August 9, 2026

Two new ways to grow your library, and a calmer reading notebook. - Scan your books. Photograph a shelf or a single book, and the titles read from spines and covers appear as a list. Only what you confirm is added. - Bring your library. Import your books from a Goodreads export, shelf by shelf. - Redesigned covers. Every book gets its own leather-textured cover. - Refreshed suggested questions in the assistant. Five of them. The argument in your latest book, your most frequent theme, notes that clash, a question for today, and an unexpected book drawn from what you've collected. - If processing a moment is left unfinished, we now say so clearly. Retry with one tap. - Many small fixes and polish.
