GreenHills Space

GreenHills Space is the app for members of GreenHills, a coworking space in Baghdad. Book a desk or a room, order coffee to where you are sitting, park, pay from your wallet, and ask the assistant anything | by typing or out loud. WORKSPACE • Book a shared desk by the day, or a meeting room and private room by the hour or the day. • Pick your exact desk from the floor map, or let the app give you any free one in the zone you want. • Check in from the booking, from the desk list, or by scanning the desk's QR. • Rooms with a smart lock hand you a door code in the app 15 minutes before your booking, and let you switch the air conditioning on from your phone. THE ASSISTANT • Ask by message or call her and speak, in Arabic or English. • She answers from live data: which rooms are free and until when, what your balance is, what your membership includes and how much of it you have left, whether the garage has a space, and when the space is open. MEMBERSHIPS • Day passes and monthly plans for desks, meeting-room hour packs, and contracts for the private rooms. • See what is included, what a cycle costs and what you have used, without asking reception. WALLET • Top up by card through QiCard, or in cash at reception. • Everything in the space is paid from the same balance: bookings, coffee, the vending machines, parking and memberships. ALSO • Food and drinks delivered to your desk, a meeting room or the terrace. • Parking, by the hour, with the free spots shown before you drive in. • A community feed, and an identity QR reception can scan. • Fully bilingual: English and Arabic, with the whole layout mirrored.
