About Snapd: Photo to Calendar

That letter in your hand? Photograph it. Every date on it — times, places, reminders — lands in your calendar before you've put it down. Rotas, school letters, appointment cards, party invitations, fixture lists, posters and screenshots: Snapd reads them all and turns the dates into proper calendar events. No forms, no dropdowns, no typing out "Tuesday the 14th" ever again. FOUR WAYS IN - Camera: point it at a letter, rota, card or poster. Snapd reads every date. - Photos: turn screenshots and saved photos into events, up to 10 images at once. - Voice: say "dentist next Tuesday at 3pm, remind me an hour before" and it's done. - Text: paste details from a message, email or booking confirmation. Typing is always free. Want Snapd to ignore some dates? Add a one-line instruction — "just my shifts", "only the under-9s fixtures" — and it reads only what matters. EVERY DATE, ALL AT ONCE One photo can hold a whole term. Snapd finds multiple events, recurring patterns and multi-day events in a single image and adds them in one go, with locations, durations and reminders picked out for you. HONEST WHEN IT ISN'T SURE If the letter says "morning" or leaves the time out, Snapd won't quietly guess. Complete events go straight in; anything uncertain waits in a review queue for your decision. Scan the same flyer twice and nothing gets added twice. ONE DIARY FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE Share a calendar with the people it involves and choose who can add and edit and who can only view. Invite anyone to an event by email — they can RSVP even without Snapd. EVERYTHING ELSE, BUILT IN Month and agenda views with a day-by-day panel on tablet. Reminders set automatically. Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync, .ics import, Google Maps venue details, recurring events, home-screen widgets, and it works offline. Your scan history keeps each photo next to the events it made, so you can always check the original. START FREE You get 10 free events every month, and the allowance resets monthly — no card needed. One saved event uses one credit, so a letter with three dates only uses credits for the events you keep. Upgrade to Plus for 100 events a month, or Plus Pro for 500 events a month plus shared calendars with up to 100 people, RSVP tracking and priority support. Prefer to pay once? Lifetime gives you 100 events a month, for life. MADE BY A REAL PERSON Snapd is built by one dad who was drowning in school letters, club emails and things he only heard about the night before. Every support email comes straight to him. Stop saving screenshots you never open. Turn the dates into calendar events while they're still in front of you.
