About App Preview Recorder
App Preview Recorder turns a screen recording into a polished App Preview video — formatted to App Store Connect's exact specs — without a Mac or any video editing software. Built for iOS developers and indie makers who want a preview video that looks the part — captions and all. KEY FEATURES • Screen recording with iOS ReplayKit — capture your app in action. • Smart trimming — drag to set the start and end, with real-time preview. • Captions (Pro) — burn text into the video, with position, size and timing you control. • Auto-optimized output — portrait, 30fps, H.264, App Store-ready resolutions. • Length guard — keeps your video within the 15–30 second requirement; clips over 29s are sped up automatically. • One-tap export — save to Photos or share via the share sheet. OUTPUT BUILT FOR APP STORE CONNECT • MP4 / H.264 High Profile, 30fps, portrait • Sizes for 6.7", 6.5" and 5.5" iPhone, and iPad Record, trim, and submit — no desktop tools required. Pro adds captions and removes ads — a one-time purchase, no subscription.
