What’s new

Version 1.3.0 · Updated October 7, 2026

Book in plain words • Describe the job the way you'd tell a person — Tectus AI asks only what it still needs, fills in the booking, and shows you the price before you commit. • Review and sign the service order right in the chat before booking. Your conversation is kept, so you can pick up where you left off. • Live status updates, route and location maps, weather, and flight status appear right in the conversation. Know what's happening on site • New Proof of Presence card on every job: when your officer clocked in and out, and where. If a phone had no signal, we tell you the punch was sent later and show the time it was actually tapped. • A clear answer to "when will they arrive?" on the job screen. • Job times, clock-ins and certificate dates now show in the site's local time, not your phone's. • Weather is reported for the hours of the shift. When no forecast reaches that far out, you'll see typical conditions for the date instead of an empty card. Choosing a provider • Proposals are ranked best match first, and ratings can't be skewed by a single review. • Quotes reflect the site, state and vehicle you'll actually be charged for, with rates and payment terms shown before you pay. Messages and support • Photos and files in chat now show as images and attachments. • Contact Tectus directly from Support — no more "coming soon." Account and security • Two-factor authentication at sign-in. • Sign-in sessions are stored more securely. Fixes • Guest booking works end to end. • Payment failures now say what went wrong instead of failing silently. • Fixed a number of crashes and screens that could show blank or incorrect values. • Many accessibility improvements for VoiceOver and larger text.
