About Did you eat?
Did you eat? A simple question that shapes your day. This minimalist meal tracker turns your eating habits into a quiet, beautiful picture: one dot for every day from today until you turn 100. THE CONCEPT Every day is a dot, and every dot holds three meals. Log breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch today's dot fill with color. Over weeks and years, your grid becomes a picture of how well you take care of yourself. HOW IT WORKS • Tap once to log. The button knows whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. • Eating dinner after midnight? It still counts for the right day. • Forgot one? Fix today or yesterday in a couple of taps. • See your streak of full days and your meals this week at a glance. • Get gentle reminders for the meals you choose, with a different nudge each day. SPECIAL MOMENTS Life isn't just meals. It's milestones. Your birthday, New Year, Christmas and your tracking anniversary live right in your grid and count down day by day: "15 days until my birthday." NEW: YOUR OWN SPECIAL DATES Add up to five dates that matter to you, like an anniversary, a trip or a big day, and watch them count down alongside the rest. Make them repeat every year or happen just once. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from 12 accent colors. Set meal windows that fit your schedule. Turn on reminders only for the meals you need. DID YOU EAT? PRO One-time purchase. No subscription. • Home screen widget: your streak, today's meals and your week, in your color • Detailed statistics: best streak, perfect days, completion rate and more • iCloud sync across your devices • Friendly summaries and daily encouragement, written privately on your iPhone by Apple Intelligence (requires an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence) MINIMALIST BY DESIGN No calorie counting. No food diaries. No complicated charts. Just a simple question asked three times a day: Did you eat? Start your journey today.
