Soul Surgery Sunday

Soul Surgery Sunday is a weekly self-reflection protocol designed to help you process your week with clarity and intention. Every Sunday, the app guides you through a structured 20-minute session, no free-form journaling, no endless scrolling. Just a focused, four-phase flow. HOW IT WORKS Each Sunday session follows a clinical, structured path: Intake - Check in with your emotional state, capture the week's events, challenges, and wins. Analysis - AI-powered pattern recognition surfaces observations and behavioral themes from your intake. Incision - Choose one pattern to explore deeper. Sit with it. Reflect on what it means. Closure - Craft a personal closure statement and an operational rule to carry into the week ahead. After each session, you receive three personalized mid-week reflection nudges (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to keep your insights alive. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Sunday-only sessions: The app is intentionally time-bound. Sessions open on Sundays in your timezone. AI pattern recognition: AI analyzes your intake to surface behavioral patterns and observations, not advice, not therapy. Cumulative insight tracking: The AI remembers your patterns across sessions, building a richer picture over time. Mid-week reflections: Brief, warm notification messages keep your Sunday insights alive throughout the week. Clinical tone: No hype, no toxic positivity. Grounded, human, honest. THIS IS NOT THERAPY Soul Surgery Sunday is a self-reflection tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. PRIVACY FIRST Your reflections are yours. Free tier data stays on your device.
