Spotlist: Playlists for Food

Spotlist turns your restaurant recommendations into beautiful, shareable lists — and now, lists you can build together. Your friends are your best food critics. No star ratings. No anonymous crowds. No sponsored results. Just real recommendations from people whose taste you actually trust. CURATE YOUR SPOTS Build lists of the restaurants you love, organized however makes sense to you. "Best Date Night Spots in Brooklyn." "What to Eat in Tokyo." "My Go-To Taco Spots." Add personal notes, recommend specific dishes, and attach photos. Spotlist even surfaces the photos you already took there — matched right on your device — so you're not scrolling your camera roll to find them. TALK IT OVER WITH FRIENDS Comment on your friends' lists and check-ins, reply in the thread, and @mention people to pull them in. Share any spot or list straight to a friend inside the app. The best food conversations already happen in your group chat — now they live right next to the recommendations. BUILD LISTS TOGETHER Invite friends to collaborate on a list and add spots side by side. Planning a trip with someone? Compiling the neighborhood guide your group chat has been building for years? Now you can do it in one place, with everyone's picks in one list. IMPORT YOUR EXISTING LISTS Already have restaurant lists buried in your Notes app, a Google Doc, or a text thread? Paste them in or snap a screenshot: Spotlist uses AI to match everything automatically, with notes attached. No more starting from scratch. FIND YOUR TASTE MATCH Discover people who love the same spots you do. Spotlist shows you why someone's a match — the places you both save and the cuisines you share — so a recommendation always comes with a reason behind it. DISCOVER SPOTS WHEN YOU TRAVEL Land in a new city and Spotlist welcomes you with spots and lists worth your time — from the people you follow and the locals who know it best. Every suggestion comes with a name, a note, and a reason, not a faceless star rating. KEEP A DIARY OF WHERE YOU'VE BEEN Check in at spots, share kudos when a friend's recommendation hits, and follow the people and lists that matter to you. Your activity feed keeps you connected to the food discoveries happening in your network. SHARE YOUR TASTE WITH ANYONE Every list gets a clean, shareable link, perfect for when someone asks "where should I eat?" Whether they have the app installed or not, your entire network will benefit from your recommendations. Spotlist is built for people who care about food and trust a friend's word over a stranger's star rating. Just the spots you'd actually recommend.
