SetRents Resident

The SetRents Tenant App is built specifically for renters, making it easy to manage your home and stay connected with your property manager. Tenants can submit and track maintenance requests, request parking, and book available amenities directly from the app. Paying rent is quick and secure, helping you stay on top of payments without reminders or paperwork. Keep important documents like your lease and renter’s insurance stored safely and accessible anytime. The built-in chat lets you communicate directly with your landlord or property manager for faster responses and updates. Setrents puts tenants in control, simplifying everyday tasks and making renting easier from move-in to move-out.
