Axis Campus

Axis Campus — The Club Hub for Campus Axis is the all-in-one platform for running student organizations. Create group chats, plan events, send announcements, track attendance, and manage member engagement — all in one place. No more scattered GroupMe threads, messy spreadsheets, or manual sign-in sheets. Organized Communication Every club gets its own space with subgroups for committees, exec boards, and programs. Conversations stay where they belong instead of getting lost in one chaotic thread. Leadership can send broadcast announcements that won't get buried under regular chat. Attendance Tracking That Can't Be Gamed Start attendance with one tap, select which group is checking in, and a rotating 4-digit code appears on screen. Members enter it through the app within a time window you control. See who showed up and who didn't — instantly. Track attendance across the full semester and export reports as spreadsheets or PDFs when you need them. Events & Reminders Create events directly in the app. Members see what's coming up, RSVP, and get automatic push notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before each event. No more low turnout because nobody saw the GroupMe message. Role-Based Access & Sub-Admins Assign admin and sub-admin roles so the right people manage the right groups. Your VP of Events runs the events channel. Your committee heads manage their own subgroups. Leadership stays in control without bottlenecking everything through one person. Class Group Chats Find and join group chats for your classes — organized, searchable, and built for how students actually coordinate. Share notes, ask questions, and connect with classmates without hunting for a link in someone's Instagram story. Alumni Lifecycle Graduating members are automatically moved to an alumni channel at the end of each semester. No manual cleanup, no awkward removals — your roster stays current and alumni stay connected. Built for Club Leaders A clear dashboard view of what's happening across your organization. Member progress, attendance rates, and engagement are easy to track at a glance. When it's time to report to nationals or your school's student engagement office, export what you need in one tap.
