IAR Housing Hub

About IAR Housing Hub

A faster app that remembers where you are. • Everything loads instantly. The app keeps what it showed you last and only fetches what changed. • Pick any place by typing it. One search finds counties, ZIPs, townships, metros and associations, with your markets and your location suggested first. • Market Pack, now in the app. Swipe through this month's cards and reel for up to five markets, share each one, or create a new reel. • Tap any insight to see it big, swipe through the week's biggest moves, and share the chart. • Reports open filled in with your market and the latest edition. Every card leads with the number that matters, and shares as an image. • Spark has a new start screen with questions built from your own markets, your most-used recipe and your recent chats. Answers now show headings, lists and tables properly. • You're in 46220: Home knows the ZIP you're standing in and opens its market in one tap. • A cleaner look throughout. Built for iPad. • A sidebar instead of tabs. Home, Spark, Reports, My Digest, Market Pack, the map and your markets, one tap from anywhere. Command-1, 2 and 3 switch pages; Command-N starts a chat. • Market Map. Every county, ZIP code and township in Indiana, colored by closed sales, listings, prices, days on market, pendings or the Market Heat Index, for any period. Tap a place for its numbers and its market page. • Compare. Two markets side by side, per 1,000 households, so a county and a ZIP compare on the same footing. One chart per indicator, both lines on it. • Spark's pinboard beside the chat. Every chart lands on the board as it's made. Rename it, copy it, or build the PowerPoint, the slides, the report or the one-pager. • Present the Market Pack. AirPlay to a TV or plug into a projector: the slides go there, with one spoken line beside each card, and the script stays on your iPad. No second screen? The iPad is the screen. Also on iPhone: the map, Compare and Present. Apple Watch: a complication for your watch face, the numbers for the ZIP you're standing in, and a Thursday tap when the week's data lands.
