FieldStep: Jobsite Tracker

Managing multiple job sites. FieldStep shows every location on one map and tracks exactly what step each job is on so everyone knows what’s happening and what’s next. Now built for teams. Create a team, invite your crew, and keep everyone on the same job list. No more paper sheets. No more “what site are we on?” calls. No more double driving. Sort jobs by distance to see what’s closest. Perfect for planning the day or deciding which site to hit next. Add sites. Create custom steps. Attach notes, photos, and materials to each job. Updates sync across the whole team. Built for contractors who need clarity. Not complicated software. FieldStep is not a CRM. It’s not packed with features you don’t use. There’s no sales pipeline and no complicated setup. Just simple jobsite tracking built for the field. Work as a team • Create a team and invite crew members • Everyone sees the same shared job list • Add and manage jobs • Update status, check off steps, and add notes or photos • Real-time updates across the team See every job at a glance View all active job locations on one map so you can quickly see where work is happening, what’s in progress, and what’s coming up next. Tap a location to open the job and get straight to the details. Track work by steps Each job uses a step-by-step checklist so you always know: • Current step • Next step • Overall progress Save templates to load common steps automatically and avoid rebuilding the same workflow every time. Keep everything with the job • Notes and updates • Photos tied to the job or specific steps • Materials with status tracking Everything stays organized by location — not scattered across apps.
