QRching is a technical platform for running QR-code-based marketing campaigns and free giveaways. FOR PARTICIPANTS • Scan QR codes and enter available giveaways. • Discover public marketing campaigns. • View information about prizes, dates, and terms of participation. • Track results and the status of your prize in your account. • Participate for free — no purchase or financial contribution is required. FOR SPONSORS Adult users can create and run their own public or private marketing campaigns: • configure the giveaway settings; • determine the number of winners and the prize fund; • set the start date and duration; • create a QR code for participation; • manage the campaign and track its results. HOW IT WORKS The Sponsor creates a marketing campaign. QRching generates a unique QR code. The participant scans the QR code within the specified period. Winners are selected in accordance with the terms of the respective giveaway. After verification, the winner receives information about the next steps required to claim the prize. Participation in giveaways is always free. No purchase, entry fee, or virtual currency is required to participate. The applicable terms of participation for each giveaway are available in the app. Apple is not a sponsor, organizer, or participant in any giveaway presented on QRching. AGE RESTRICTIONS • Ages 13 and over — access to general informational features; • Ages 16 and over — participation in giveaways with cash prizes; • Ages 18 and over — creation of giveaways.
