Organization / Staff portal Organizations can create and manage seasons (terms), classes, camps, and drop-in offerings; set schedules and locations; enroll students; manage waitlists and trials; track attendance; and handle registrations and billing workflows. Admins can manage staff accounts, custom roles, and permissions so each team member only sees what they need. Staff assigned to classes get a clear home dashboard with assigned classes, enrolled children, and family counts. Coach workspace Staff with 1-on-1 coaching access get a dedicated Coach workspace. From there, coaches can set up and publish a coach profile, define availability, configure session pricing and packages, and manage booked private sessions—including upcoming bookings and cancellations—without leaving the app. This makes private coaching as easy to run as group classes. Family portal Families can browse classes and camps from participating organizations, enroll children, manage bookings, and view schedules on their phone. A public catalog also lets anyone explore available classes and camps before signing up, then continue into enrollment once they create an account.
