About Who’s There? – Live Courts
Who's There? lets you know when your friends are at the places you all love. Create a group for any spot — your Pickleball courts, favorite park, local coffee shop, or campus quad. Invite friends, and instantly see when anyone shows up. No more texting "anyone there?" or showing up to an empty court. HOW IT WORKS Create a group for any location and draw a boundary on the map Share an invite link or code with friends When someone enters the area, they check in automatically or with one tap Everyone in the group sees who's there right now KEY FEATURES Real-time presence: See exactly who's at your spots, right now Automatic check-in: With background location enabled, arrive and you're checked in — no need to open the app Private and public groups: Keep your spots private with invite codes, or make them discoverable to everyone nearby Map and list views: Browse nearby groups on a map or scroll through a list filtered by distance Group chat: Coordinate plans with your crew right inside each group Achievements: Earn badges for streaks, first arrivals, and milestones Apple Watch support: Check in and see who's there from your wrist Home Screen widget: Glance at your favorite group's activity without opening the app Friends system: Add friends and see their activity across all shared groups PRIVACY FIRST Who's There only shares whether you are at a location — never your exact GPS coordinates. Your precise location stays on your device. You control which groups you join, and you can check out at any time. LOCATION USAGE Who's There uses your location to detect when you arrive at or leave a group's area. Enabling "Always Allow" lets the app check you in automatically in the background. "While Using" works too — you'll just check in manually. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. Perfect for pickup sports, study groups, coworking regulars, or any crew that meets up at the same spots. Stop wondering who's there — just check.
