QClean

QClean is the mobile work platform for cleaning companies and facility service providers. The app connects employees, site managers and administration teams and supports operational workflows directly at each service location. Authorised users can record working hours, document assignments and perform check-ins and check-outs. If enabled by the company, location information can optionally be captured during check-in and check-out. Tickets can be created and processed directly in the app. Photos and documents can be attached so that tasks, issues and follow-up questions are documented clearly. For quality assurance, users can access scheduled inspections, perform checks and document the results. Users can also submit leave and absence requests and follow their processing status. Documents and handover records are available digitally and, where required, can be signed directly in the app. Notifications keep users informed about important changes and new operational events. Available functionality depends on the company configuration and each user’s assigned role and permissions. This ensures that users see only the areas and information relevant to their responsibilities. QClean helps cleaning companies and facility service providers organise workflows centrally, maintain traceable records and improve collaboration between service locations, site management and administration. The app is available in German, English, Turkish, Russian and Kurdish. A QClean user account is required.
