Valletto

Valletto is the operating system your property runs on. One platform for everyone who touches a car: the valets at the curb, the managers running the operation, the hotels and residential buildings they serve, and the guests and residents who park with them. FOR THE FRONT LINE • Live board: every car at the stand on one screen, from arrival to hand-back, updating in real time for the whole team • Guided check-in: scan the plate with the camera, tag the keys, attach the guest, done in seconds • Move a car in two taps: request, pull, mark ready and hand off, with no radios and no "who has 412?" • Dispatch at a glance: see who is pulling which car, and assign the next runner instantly • Take payment at the curb with Tap to Pay, cash or a card reader, with built-in tipping • Key tags and NFC fobs, so every key is accounted for • Alerts the moment a guest requests their car, even on a locked phone FOR THE STAND • Turn a tablet into the stand's command center: the whole lot, ready-for-pickup cars and live shift numbers on one screen • One shared device, a PIN for every valet: team members sign in and out in seconds • Every hand-off on the record: a full activity log of who moved which car, and when FOR MANAGERS • Your whole team, live: who is on shift, on break, off, or working another location • Schedules, open shifts and time off, right on the phone • Clock in and out with location verification • Shift reports with cars served, revenue and tips per valet, ready to hand over • Built for multiple locations, stands and properties FOR HOTELS AND RESIDENCES • Resident parking permits and monthly passes • Guest stays tied to the property, so every car is covered correctly • Validations and billing handled by the platform, not a spreadsheet FOR GUESTS AND RESIDENTS • My Parking: every car and permit in one wallet • Request your car before you leave, and watch it on its way up with live status and the name of your valet • Pay and tip from your phone, no ticket, no line Valletto works in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. From the first key tag of the morning to the last car out at night, Valletto keeps the valet company, the property and every guest on the same page.
