Designed with seniors in mind, the app helps you stay informed and proactive about key areas of aging – at your own pace. The app guides you through questions across areas, including memory and thinking, vision, hearing, mobility, nutrition, and mental well-being. Based on your responses, the app provides personalized tips and practical next steps including local resources. The app is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical care.
