Hi! Welcome, Apple Intelligence and iPhone Duo. Edit items with Apple Intelligence On the item's page, tap "Intelligence": • "AI description": writes or improves the description from the item's details. It goes in "Product description", separate from your notes, and you can publish it to your website. • "Fix the Name": reads the supplier's page and suggests a clean name. • "Versions from the web": paste the supplier's link and bring in colors, sizes or models with their photo. Tell the AI what you need ("all at the same price"). • "Check Availability on the Web": checks whether it's still on sale at both your supplier links and saves it in the item's history. • Scanner: "Add scanned" groups each box's codes (UPC, serial, IMEI) in "To add". Take a photo of the box and Apple Intelligence suggests the name. • If Apple's cloud doesn't respond, the AI carries on with the on-device model. Nothing is saved without your confirmation. Connected store items (WooCommerce) • Apple Intelligence matches your website's products with your items; you confirm each match. Link with photos and compare them side by side. • "Update prices on the web": every version of a product gets the app's price, in one tap. • Products with Published, Drafts and Pending filters. In Items, filter "In the Online Store" or "Not linked". • Publish from the item's page with a preview: draft, on sale or out of stock, with photos (up to 5 per version), versions and "Backorder". Extra versions on the website can be hidden or deleted. • If you edit a published item, the app offers to bring the changes to your website. • Store orders show whether they're already in the app. Share the connection with your team without revealing your keys. Siri and Shortcuts • "Add a Product" with cost, SKU, barcode and category; "Adjust Stock"; "Find Products" and "Sales Summary". • "Add Product from Web Details": with Apple Intelligence in Shortcuts, create an item from a product page. Photos • A gallery of up to 15 photos per item and a photo for each version. Save them to your camera roll or share them all at once. iPhone Duo • Half-folded, Items and the Register put the item or the order on top and the list or keyboard below. Opened like a book, the Register splits at the hinge. Register and sales • Payment QR codes from your bank or wallet. • Record a sale with a past date. • Partial payments: get paid for a sale in parts. Several commissions per sale and the exact net received. Items • Batches and expiry: expired stock is no longer published to your website. • Vehicles: one item per vehicle with make, model, year, mileage, plate and VIN. Customers and quotes • Quotes with number and status; "Turn into sale" opens the Register with the same items. • Customer data history: what changed and where it came from. Backups • Back up everything or one store, on this device, in Files or iCloud Drive. Before restoring, see what it contains. And also • Glass buttons and clearer titles on iPhone, iPad and Mac. • Choose the main price shown in the list. • More readable colors in dark mode.
