About La Vixa

The biggest update in Vixa's history. If you've had the app a while, nearly everything below is new. THE MARKETPLACE — HIRE A PRO, NOT A GAMBLE Your AI diagnosis is now the job post. Pros bid on documented work instead of "sink broke, call me," so the number you're quoted holds up. Post a job in three steps — trade, problem, review the ticket Post straight from any scan you've already taken Compare bids side by side, message pros in-app Track the job from booking through completion Change orders re-price the deal instead of ambushing you Reviews tied to real, completed, paid jobs VIXA GUARD — YOUR MONEY, PROTECTED Payment goes into escrow before anyone touches your house, and releases when the work is proven done. Stripe-backed escrow, protecting both sides Report a problem and funds freeze until it's settled Guard Wallet shows exactly what's held and why EVERY PRO IS VERIFIED License, insurance, and ID checked before anyone bids on your job. SECOND OPINION — CHECK ANY QUOTE Got a quote from outside Vixa? Photograph it. We pull out the line items, flag what doesn't add up, and compare it to the real rate for your job in your area. REPAIR MANUAL — FIX IT YOURSELF Every DIY-safe scan now builds a step-by-step manual: tools, parts, time, and warnings at each step. Gas, live electrical, and structural jobs get a hard stop and a "call a pro" instead. VIXA BOT An in-app assistant for questions about your home, your job, and your options. HOME PROFILE Scan room by room and build a picture of your whole house — what's aging, what's next, what it's worth. FOR CONTRACTORS Zero lead fees. Not $30. Not $100. Zero. 15% only when a job is completed and paid Every lead arrives AI-documented with photos and scope Direct bank payouts via Stripe Get notified the second a job posts near you ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Redesigned job posting — three steps, no clutter The full Vixa story, now under Settings → About Vixa Weather alerts before a freeze, storm, or heat wave Push notifications for new bids and messages Rebuilt AI engine — faster, sharper, current models
