About DreamWake: Lucid Dreaming

Wake up to your dreams. Remember them. Let their images speak. Learn to wake up inside them. DreamWake is a dream practice for people who feel their dreams matter. It leaves the meaning to you. It's built on lucid dream research, and on an old idea from depth psychology: stay with the image. Record it from the alarm The DreamWake alarm puts Record dream right next to Stop, so you catch a dream before it fades. Speak with your eyes closed; your words turn into text on your iPhone. Or start from Control Center, the Action button or Siri. Rather write? Type instead. Each dream gets its own picture DreamWake finds the images in a dream: a lighthouse, a flooded school, a grandmother on the stairs. Every dream gets its own picture, cut in paper. The images that return rise to the top: the lighthouse, back for the 3rd time. Mark one as a dream sign, your cue to notice you're dreaming. The myths in your dreams Nearly 300 common images have their own page, with retellings from myths, folktales and old books that share the image, each with its source. Not an answer. Company for the image. Learn to lucid dream in 20 nights A four-week program built on the techniques from lucid dream research, one lesson of about two minutes a night: • Week 1, Remember: catching dreams and fragments • Week 2, Patterns: your dream signs, and MILD • Week 3, The early window: an alarm about five hours after you go to bed • Week 4, Awake in the dream: noticing, staying, and a plan for it Each evening takes about twenty seconds: your intention, the alarm, one quiet reminder. Your count of mornings only grows; the streak stays small, with rest days and a pause button. Your dreams stay yours • Your journal lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. No account. • Speech turns into text on your iPhone, in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch. Audio never leaves your iPhone. • Finding images uses AI: only the text of a dream goes through our server to our AI providers, and our server doesn't store it. You can turn it off in Settings. • Face ID lock, export as Markdown and JSON, and Delete everything. Subscription DreamWake is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; the monthly plan has no trial. The app shows the price before you start and reminds you on day 5 of the trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. If it ends, your journal stays readable and exportable. What’s new

Version 2.0.0 · Updated October 5, 2026

DreamWake 2 is here, rebuilt from the ground up for iOS 26. • An alarm that records: when it rings, tap Record dream, right next to Stop, and speak with your eyes closed. • Record from Control Center, the Action button or Siri, too. • A four-week program: one short lesson a night, from remembering your dreams to waking up inside one. • Your images: DreamWake finds them in your dreams, gives each dream its own picture, and never tells you what they mean. • New: iCloud sync. New dreams live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, never on our server. Your DreamWake 1 dreams come with you as text, dream signs included, the first time you open the app. If your subscription has lapsed, they follow as soon as it's active again. The import stays open for three months. Your old voice recordings don't come along. Made a Shortcuts automation for DreamWake 1? You can remove it: Record dream on the new alarm does the same. The daytime reality-check reminders are gone. Week 4 shows how to check inside a dream instead. Thank you for dreaming with us from the start.
