Soulv: Catholic Discernment

WHAT SOULV IS Soulv is a private Catholic companion for heavy moments and honest reflection. Speak or type what is on your heart and receive gentle, personal guidance inspired by the Catholic tradition of spiritual direction. When prayer feels dry, you feel far from God, or you need help understanding what you are carrying, Soulv listens and reflects with you—without judgment or generic advice. Each conversation closes with a personal blessing and one faithful next step. Over time, your Growth history helps you revisit reflections, notice patterns, and see what is changing. HOW SOULV WORKS • Speak or type what is weighing on you • Receive a personal reflection rooted in Catholic wisdom • Continue the conversation at your own pace • Close with a blessing and a moment of peace • Plant a “seed”—one small intention you want to carry forward • Return to your Growth history and notice how your journey is unfolding WHAT MAKES SOULV DIFFERENT • No account or name required • A private, judgment-free space for honest reflection • It listens and asks thoughtful questions instead of lecturing • Guidance is shaped around what you actually shared • It respects its limits and will never claim to grant absolution or replace a priest WHAT YOU CAN USE SOULV FOR • Unburden your heart after a difficult day • Reflect on where God was present through a daily examen • Prepare your heart before Confession • Discern one faithful next step • Ask for a short prayer when you need one • Sit with something you are not ready to say out loud yet • Revisit past reflections and notice recurring patterns IMPORTANT Soulv supports personal Catholic reflection, prayer, discernment, and preparation for Confession. It does not provide the Sacrament of Confession, priestly absolution, professional spiritual direction, therapy, medical advice, or emergency support. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. You may also consider reaching out to a priest, licensed professional, or trusted person in your life.
