CertMate Offshore

CertMate Offshore is a powerful, mobile-first platform designed to serve professionals in the offshore oil & gas, renewable energy, and marine industries. In a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment, staying up to date with certifications and training is not just a legal necessity - it's a matter of employability and safety. CertMate eliminates the typical headaches of this process by offering an all-in-one digital solution that handles training discovery, certification tracking, and travel logistics in a single, streamlined app. Whether you're due for your next GWO refresher, searching for the closest FOET course, or booking accommodation near a training center, CertMate Offshore brings everything you need into one intuitive interface. The platform is built with the realities of offshore life in mind: limited time, strict compliance, and the need for constant mobility. Smart Offshore Training Finder CertMate's intelligent course search engine allows users to quickly locate accredited offshore training courses tailored to their needs. Whether it's BOSIET, GWO, FOET, OPITO or STCW, the app presents training options sorted by location, cost, date availability, and provider ratings. Users can filter results by course type, date range, and proximity - saving valuable time that would otherwise be spent manually browsing different provider websites. Once a course is selected, users can view verified reviews, confirm real-time availability, and securely book their training slot directly through the app. This feature dramatically simplifies the often-stressful process of finding and registering for offshore courses. User Benefits: Offshore professionals can easily identify affordable training close to them, reducing downtime between certifications and eliminating hours of research. Digital Certificate Wallet with Smart Expiry Tracking Keeping physical or scattered digital copies of certificates is risky, especially when they're required on short notice. CertMate offers a secure, cloud-based certificate wallet where users can upload, organize, and store all their professional qualifications. The system automatically detects issue and expiry dates and sends timely push notifications when recertification deadlines are approaching - typically 90, 60, and 30 days in advance. Users can export their certificates to email, messaging apps, or generate QR codes for quick scanning. Employers and recruiters can be given limited access (with the user's permission) to view and validate credentials, making it easier to prove compliance in the field or during onboarding. User Benefits: With auto-reminders and centralized digital storage, users never miss renewals and always have their documents ready - even offline or abroad. Built-in Hotel Finder Booking training is only half the challenge - finding convenient, affordable accommodation nearby is the other. CertMate's built-in hotel finder automatically recommends places to stay based on the user's training location and schedule. Hotels are filtered by distance, cost, user ratings, amenities (such as parking, breakfast, or Wi-Fi), and can be booked directly within the app. Powered by integrations with leading booking platforms like Booking.com and Expedia, users get access to competitive rates without having to leave the CertMate experience. User Benefits: This feature reduces planning stress and ensures users are rested and ready for their training, without having to juggle multiple apps or websites. CV Builder CertMate will include an automatic CV generation tool that updates as users complete new training. Users will be able to generate a professional, formatted CV - complete with training records, qualifications, job history, and skills - available for download in PDF. This is ideal for job applications or internal promotions. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
