Each report is issued a unique reference number, allowing full transparency and ongoing tracking from submission to resolution. Community-driven updates CityMenderSA allows residents to update their own reports, and contribute updates to other reports in their area. This shared, Waze-style updating model ensures faster feedback, real-world status confirmation, and stronger accountability, especially when issues are fixed.
