Checkout charges them on their own, your payout includes them, and every order shows exactly what the buyer chose with each add-on priced out. - Write articles for your store: A new Marketing section lets you publish articles on your store. Start from a blank page or let Paylo draft one from your own products, drop in shoppable product and service cards, and see how many people read each one. - One place to choose how an order reaches the buyer: Pick your own rider, deliver it yourself, or hand it to a courier from a single selector on the order. Improved - Every order now carries a floor code: A short code like JK-74 sits on order rows and order details. It is the same code your staff write on the sealed bag and your rider matches at pickup, so "the issue is with JK-74" finds the right order on every screen. - Chat got a full refresh: See when your messages are delivered and read, retry a failed send, snap a photo without leaving the message field, view photos full screen, and scroll back through older messages with day markers keeping your place. You can also archive quiet conversations and restore them whenever you need. - See a customer's orders without leaving the chat: The thread shows their active orders and upcoming bookings, so you have the full picture while you reply, and you can tap straight through to any order. - The till knows when orders land: A quiet banner on the POS lets you know an online order just arrived, without interrupting the customer in front of you. - See exactly what you'll pay: The plan screens now show Paylo's flat 5% fee, capped at ₦50,000 an order, so there are no surprises. - Removing a product or variant now retires it safely instead of erasing its sales records, writes off any remaining stock properly, and re-adding the same variant brings its history back. Fixed - Products you pick while creating a collection now stay selected all the way through to saving. - Editing a product while a sale was happening could quietly undo the sale's stock change. Your stock now stays correct whichever order things happen in. - Deleting a product a customer had once added to a chat cart no longer fails with an error, and app-icon badge counts now match what is actually unread.
