Sacred Listening Prayer

Sacred Listening Prayer is a quiet place to pray with Scripture. In about five minutes a day, you are gently guided through Lectio Divina — the ancient practice of slow, listening prayer: Prepare, Read, Reflect, Respond, Rest, and Carry. MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE Before each prayer, share how you are feeling — anxious, grateful, weary, hopeful, grieving. The app chooses a session to meet you there from a library of 1,500 guided prayers across 20 seasons, from Grief & Loss and Anxiety & Fear to Gratitude & Praise and Rest & Sabbath. Sessions never repeat until you have prayed them all. A CALM, SIMPLE EXPERIENCE • Swipe through each movement of Lectio Divina at your own pace • Listen to guided narration of Scripture and prayer prompts • Rest in stillness with a gentle breathing timer you can set from 1 to 30 minutes • Write reflections as you pray; your journal keeps them for you • Notice how prayer is shaping you with mood check-ins before and after • Build a quiet daily rhythm with gentle reminders FREE, WITH ONE SIMPLE OPTION Every prayer, season, and feature is free. The app is supported by a small, family-friendly ad banner — never shown during prayer. If you prefer to pray without ads, an optional subscription removes them for $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. PRAY WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Start right away as a guest.
