WageLog Plus: Work Log & Pay

Log what you earned today in five seconds - and never lose track of who still owes you. WageLog Plus is a day-rate earnings and payment book for people who are paid by the day, by the job or by the shift: construction and site workers, tradespeople, cleaners, drivers, couriers, freelancers and gig workers - and for the contractors and employers who pay them. Most time trackers only count hours. WageLog Plus tracks the money: what you earned, what has actually been collected, and what is still pending. TWO MODES, ONE APP - Personal: record your daily earnings, mark them collected or pending, and watch your collection rate climb. - Employer: keep a worker list, log every day and every payment, hand out advances, and see at a glance who is still owed money before payday. RECORD IT IN SECONDS - Say it out loud: "I earned 250 from painting today" and the AI assistant writes the entry for you. Save your day rate and "I worked half a day" is enough. - Or add it by hand with amount, date, note and color-coded tags. - Partial payments are supported: got half of it today? Log that, the rest stays pending. - Advances: log cash handed over before payday and it comes off the days still owed, automatically. SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY IS - Today, this week and this month totals, split into collected and pending - Collection rate, daily average and a monthly income goal - Calendar view of every entry, so no workday goes missing - Tag breakdown that shows which kind of job actually pays REPORTS YOU CAN SEND - Period summary, payroll and per-worker reports - Export as PDF or Excel (CSV) and share by WhatsApp, text or email - Send each worker their account summary - days, paid, still owed - in one tap BUILT FOR REAL WORK - Works offline on site; your entries sync as soon as you have signal again - 13 languages and 34 currencies - Weekly, fortnightly, twice-monthly or monthly pay periods, with a payday reminder - Dark mode, secure cloud backup, sign in with Apple or Google PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) A subscription removes ads and unlocks unlimited records, advanced reports and daily AI insights.
