About XTA: Calisthenics Workout Log
XTA is a calisthenics workout log for iPhone and Apple Watch. Log your sets, reps, holds, tempo and rest, and get honest feedback on the work you actually did. The fitness industry sells programs. We built a logger. No templates. No influencer videos. No "pro tips" on every screen. Just a clean place to log bodyweight training, and a witness that understands it: what improved, where you drifted, what your weeks really look like. Free forever. No ads. FREE, FOREVER • Create any exercise and workout • Log reps, holds, sets, tempo and rest • Supersets, unilateral exercises, time under tension • Built-in workout and rest timer, with the next exercise shown during rest • Swipe back mid-workout to redo an exercise or rest • Fix reps and notes on the summary before you save • Full history, progression trends, workout search • Progression paths from day one: planche, front lever, muscle up, handstand and more • Motion: movements rebuilt in 3D, with the physics and muscles made visible • Reflection: your weeks, your balance, and every workout etched on a plaque you can share • Native Apple Watch app: your wrist becomes your logbook • Siri and Shortcuts: start and log workouts by voice • Apple Health integration • One Feedback and one Kraft workout a week XTA APEX: THE WITNESS ($9.99/month) Apex knows your work. Every rep, every workout, every plateau, and it tells you the truth about it. ▸ FEEDBACK: After every workout, what worked, where you drifted, and what to adjust when the plan meets real life. ▸ KRAFT: A workout built from your own history, your level and your goals. No templates. ▸ CHRONICLE: Every Monday, your week written back to you. The bests. The gaps. The arc you're on. ▸ REFLECTION: The athlete you've become, read in plain words. What your training shows that you haven't noticed yet, each observation tied to the workouts that prove it. Say "That's me" or "Not quite" and the next reading listens. ▸ CLAUDE + CHATGPT: XTA speaks MCP, the open standard assistants use. Your assistant reads your training and writes workouts straight into the app, each one badged with its author. Up to 10 Feedback and 10 Kraft workouts a week. No promise of a planche in six weeks. Nobody honest can make that promise. WHO THIS IS FOR People who do the work themselves. Who train when no one's watching. Who write their own training and don't need an influencer to tell them what to do. BUILT BY ATHLETES AND ENGINEERS We've trained calisthenics for years and built software at scale for over a decade. We know both the data and the grind. We built XTA to get better ourselves, and we log every workout in it. PRICING • XTA: Free forever. The full logger, plus one Feedback and one Kraft workout a week. • XTA Apex: $9.99/month. Feedback, Kraft, Chronicle, the full Reflection, Claude + ChatGPT. Subscription auto-renews monthly at $9.99 unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. What’s new
Version 2.1 · Updated October 10, 2026
XTA 2.1 REFLECTION. Your log, reflected back at you as an athlete. Open it from Progression. It updates weekly and usually takes a couple of weeks to accumulate enough depth. - Etched: every workout you have logged, set on a plaque. Time under tension, personal bests, milestones unlocked. Turn it over and share it. - Your weeks: loading, deload, light, break, comeback, read from the sets themselves. - Balance: where your training goes, and what has gone quiet. - With Apex: what your log shows that you have not noticed yet, each observation tied to the workouts that prove it. Tell it "That's me" or "Not quite", add your own words in Settings, and the next reading takes them in. Also in 2.1: - Up next: during rest you see the next exercise. Tap for the details. - Swipe back: swipe right during a workout to step back to the last exercise or rest. Works on Apple Watch too. - Edit the summary: edit reps and notes in case you missed anything during the workout. - See the movement: exercises with a movement card now say so on the exercise screen. Rotate it in 3D, see the physics and the muscles. - Your last feedback now always shows on the workout it came from. Your grind. Etched.
