Check the available case identity, court and parties before choosing monitoring. Searching does not require prior registration in the express journey. ONE FILE, A ONE-TIME OPTION Choose a one-time payment to monitor the selected file until closure, with no automatic renewal for this option and no separate charge per hearing. Auto-renewing subscriptions are also available for individuals, multiple files and professional portfolios. The offers shown can vary by journey; review the price and terms displayed before purchase. A new court/reference or case number, including a separate appeal, needs its own coverage or an available plan slot. Legal consultations and obtaining a full judgment copy are separate services. AFTER ACTIVATION • Receive WhatsApp updates on your connected, verified number when supported changes are detected. • View the latest stored decision, available next-hearing information, parties and available procedural history. • Receive a reminder the day before the recorded hearing, when a hearing date is available. • Keep your saved files together and identify files with unread updates. • Enable or pause alerts for a file. Payment confirmation and monitoring activation are separate steps. Your case may show that activation is pending before monitoring becomes active. MONITORING OVER TIME Mahkamaty periodically checks the available judicial information. Alerts follow detection; delivery is not guaranteed at the moment a court event occurs. Source availability, outages and processing can affect timing. The app displays saved case information. Refreshing the screen reloads that saved record. Available history and hearing details depend on the source record. SUPPORTED MOROCCAN FILES Coverage includes supported civil, family, criminal, commercial and administrative files, depending on the jurisdiction, reference and availability of source information. A record that is unavailable or restricted may not be accessible. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Use the app in Arabic, French or English, with dark mode available.
