DrayApp

DrayApp is a mobile dispatch and workflow app built for drayage operations. Drivers can view their daily work, update milestones in real time, upload documents, and stay in touch with their dispatch team through built-in chat and calling — all from one easy-to-use mobile app. Designed for both independent drivers and fleet operations, DrayApp works on its own or alongside additional products like DrayFleet for enhanced features. Key Features • Mobile Dispatch Visibility See all assigned jobs for the day in a clear, organized list. Each dispatch includes key location details, instructions, and job information. • Real-Time Status Updates Update milestones as each step of the move is completed. All updates sync instantly with your carrier’s system, giving dispatchers accurate, timely visibility. • Fast Document Uploads Snap and upload photos of bills, receipts, PODs, and other job-related documents. DrayApp automatically attaches them to the correct dispatch. • DrayTalk: Built-In Chat and Calls Message your dispatchers and team, share photos and files, and make voice calls without leaving DrayApp. DrayTalk is included in the app and uses your existing DrayApp login. Get notified of new messages and incoming calls, and block or report users when needed. • Offline Support Keep working even in areas with limited connectivity. DrayApp stores your updates and syncs them automatically once back online. • Driver-Friendly Design Built for life on the road with large touch-targets, simplified screens, and quick-action workflows. Optional Premium Feature (Requires DrayFleet) • Electronic Driver Manifest If your carrier uses DrayFleet, DrayApp can generate a complete, editable digital manifest of the driver’s day — including activities, timestamps, and uploaded documents. Why DrayApp? DrayApp simplifies the driver experience and improves communication between drivers and dispatch teams. With real-time data, organized workflows, fast document sharing, and built-in chat and calling, the entire operation becomes smoother, more reliable, and easier to manage. Whether you’re an individual driver or part of a large fleet, DrayApp helps you stay connected, informed, and productive throughout the day. Notes: DrayApp accounts are provided by your carrier or DrayData. Location may be collected, including in the background, while you work a dispatch and is shared with your employer.
