FOOTBALL MAT – Train at Home

Ready-made soccer and fitness exercises for your child, and you can follow their progress. You don't need our mat to use the FOOTBALL MAT app. What does your child get? Repeating the same drills over and over quickly gets boring. In the app, your child trains soccer technique or general fitness and works through tasks matched to their age and level. On your own, it's easy to skip a session. Here, every task earns points, and your child competes with children their age in global leagues, and with teammates and classmates in club and private leagues. You don't have to wait months to see the results of training. Your child collects coins for every challenge straight away and swaps them for real rewards from the catalog. • A development path that fits • Over 400 drills with step-by-step instructions • A readiness test before training • Global, club and private leagues • Real rewards for coins • Football CV with results, recordings and achievements What do you get? You don't need to know about soccer. After every session you can see your child's progress on your phone. • Club training sessions, matches and homework in one calendar • Tasks from the coach • Progress on the skills chart • Keep track of how your child is feeling • You manage your child's account and consents • A directory of recommended dietitians, physiotherapists, and mental performance and strength and conditioning coaches • Parents' forum and club tryouts When your child's coach uses the app • Homework goes straight into your calendar • The coach sees who has completed each task • The coach reviews exercise recordings • Before a session, the coach sees the team's energy level and adjusts the training load • Your child's team competes in the club league The coach account is free, so you can recommend the app to your child's coach.
