About BioMIR
HEALTH INTELLIGENCE YOU CAN INTERROGATE Your health data should reveal more than a score. BioMIR reveals what drives your modeled biological age, prioritizes practical actions, and lets you compare recorded follow-through with longer-term biomarker trends. Explore the result. Inspect its drivers. Take action. Follow the trajectory. Glance at BioAge on Apple Watch; explore the details on iPhone and iPad. No dedicated wearable required. ONE INDEX. 15 INPUTS. THREE DOMAINS. Adaptive BioAge integrates 15 selected inputs across three roles: • Behavioral — activity, nutrition and daily routines. • Functional — autonomic regulation, sleep and aerobic fitness. • Cardiometabolic — BMI, systolic blood pressure and fasting glucose as a slower-changing baseline. Inspect contributors, biomarker values, sources and dates. Their modeled age-equivalent effects (Δ-years) are relative to chronological age—not years of life gained or lost. FROM INSIGHT TO DAILY ACTION Start in Today with a daily brief you can read or hear. Explore the factors shaping Adaptive BioAge, then follow Top Action to a practical step linked to a priority biomarker. Today Actions consolidates related recommendations. Record completed or skipped actions, set an evening check-in time and enable an optional reminder. RECLAIMED BIOAGE: MAKE FOLLOW-THROUGH VISIBLE Reclaimed BioAge (REC) is a distinct, action-linked biological-age model. It assigns bounded Δ-year credit to recorded completion of eligible actions relative to the eligible opportunities in a selected period. Explore Reclaimed % and Completed Actions % separately. Compare follow-through with later Adaptive BioAge and biomarker trajectories while keeping action credit distinct from physiological changes. TRENDS YOU CAN INTERROGATE Move from daily details to yearly patterns in Dashboard and Trends. Scrub charts to inspect dates or periods and reveal ranked Δ-year contributors. Compare domains, examine fitted direction and see how often contributions remain within defined Persistence bands. Adherence summarizes recorded action completion, not an observed health outcome. KNOW WHAT SUPPORTS EACH RESULT Data Confidence indicates support for daily estimates. Freshness and original observation dates distinguish recent inputs from carried-forward values; missing data remain missing. With eligible clinical panels, Clinical Long View adds independent Klemera–Doubal Method (KDM) and Levine PhenoAge estimates. Compare those laboratory-based reference points with daily trends while respecting their separate inputs and observation dates. EXPERIMENT BEFORE CONNECTING Use synthetic Demo Data and Custom Simulation histories without changing live records. Tutorials and Resources explain the biomarkers, models, statistics and scientific evidence. With permission, BioMIR reads supported Apple Health data from compatible wearables, apps, home devices and clinical sources. Core calculations run on-device. Available results depend on data history, sources and permissions. ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS BioMIR is a paid app. Premium, including Demo and Apple Health analytics, requires a separate monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. An introductory trial may be available to eligible subscribers. Prices and terms appear before confirmation; subscriptions renew unless canceled. GENERAL-WELLNESS AND EDUCATIONAL USE BioMIR's estimates, rankings, REC credits and simulations are scientific model outputs for educational exploration. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent disease, establish causation, demonstrate biological-age reversal or lifespan change, or replace professional medical care. What’s new
Version 1.2.5 · Updated October 24, 2026
What's New in BioMIR 1.2.5 • Introducing Reclaimed BioAge (REC). A distinct action-linked biological-age model that tracks modeled Δ-year credit earned through recorded completion of eligible actions. Explore your follow-through alongside your health trajectory. REC remains separate from Adaptive BioAge and does not measure biological age reversal. • Make daily follow-through easier with an adjustable evening check-in and optional completion reminder. • Connect actions to biomarkers. View recommended actions alongside their contributing biomarkers on iPad and iPhone in landscape. • Interpret trends with greater clarity. Persistence and trend summaries now distinguish available data from missing observations more clearly. • Explore historical patterns consistently. Improved Overview chart scaling makes longitudinal comparisons more consistent across periods. • Go deeper into the science. Updated tutorials and Resource guidance explain action tracking, REC, and longitudinal interpretation.
