With the Sync to Garmin action in Shortcuts, an automation can send new weigh-ins without opening the app. BLUETOOTH ROUTE: XIAOMI SCALES, NO OTHER APP NEEDED Step on a Mi Body Composition Scale 2 or a Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 and Scale Relay reads the measurement directly: weight, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, water, BMI and BMR. It can also save each weigh-in to Apple Health. The S400 needs a one-time authorization with your Xiaomi account.
