About WiseHeart: AI Calm Companion

WiseHeart is the wellness AI companion that senses tension before you feel it — and coaches you back to calm, making you more resilient and effective. A professional-grade bracelet made by Polar monitors your heart rhythm with optical sensors and uses AI to automatically detect the earliest signs of tension 24/7. When tension starts to climb, your personal AI companion steps in with wisdom personalized to you to help you regain your calm. What makes it different: - Your heart knows. WiseHeart continuously monitors your calm level. - WiseHeart brings together the wisdom of many coaches and therapists to help you respond to stress rather than react to it or suffer through it. - WiseHeart measures how your heart responds to interactions with your personalized AI companion, then continually adjusts to deliver calming suggestions that work for you. Comfortable, waterproof, 7-day battery, recharges in an hour. Works with iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac. Works with your Polar 360 or Polar Loop, or order a WiseHeart bracelet in the app and have it delivered to you. WiseHeart is a personal wellness companion that helps you find and maintain your calm. Requires the WiseHeart bracelet.

What’s new

Version 1.0.15 · Updated October 22, 2026

Your wristband now keeps room to record • WiseHeart now clears old files the wristband stores on its own, the ones that slowly filled its memory. The wristband can record a full day on its own again, even when the app is closed. Clearer, faster syncing • When you open the app after hours away, the progress pill shows real counts while it reads your wristband and updates your graphs. It no longer sits at 95%. • The pill tells you when it is clearing a full wristband or picking up a sync that was interrupted. • Big syncs no longer download the same recording twice while a background upload finishes, so they use less battery and memory. • Recordings that fail to upload the first time are retried and land in your graphs. New in Graphs • A Breathing card shows your breathing rate through the day, estimated from your heartbeat. • Breathing estimates are more accurate, and moments with poor signal are left out. • Calm Personal Trend is now scaled to your own waking hours, so daytime readings are compared with the right range. Companion • Your coach now picks up where your last conversations left off. • The companion screen says clearly that your coach is an AI, not a clinician. Tap that line to read how the companion handles safety. • Mel has been retired. If you chose Mel, you are now with Maya. Plus stability fixes and small improvements throughout the app. Two notes on what I left out. The Today line on Home is in the code, but its switch in production is off, so users won't see it. The 72-hour push hold after a safety flag is a backend safety measure and doesn't belong in public notes.
