What’s new

Version 1.6 · Updated October 27, 2026

Learn any song part by part. Every song, from the free songs to the ones you scan or import, opens in the lesson on its original notes. Each part has three steps: Right hand, Left hand, then Both hands. Follow the song map, play at full tempo or slow it down, and tap I can play it when you have a step. New: On-screen keys. No piano with you? Pick On-screen keys in the lesson's Connect menu and tap along. On iPhone, and on iPad held upright, you get one octave that follows the song, so tapping B counts as the B the music expects. Tap Full screen on iPhone for a wider octave. Turn your iPad sideways to get every key of the step, both hands included. New: Note names. Turn them on under Display in the lesson's Settings, and each note on the sheet shows its letter. Practice with a MIDI keyboard. Plug in by USB or Bluetooth and every note gets a grade as you play. Three clean plays in a row and the step is learned. A daily minutes clock keeps time while you practice. When you finish, you see the steps you learned, part by part. Bug fixes and smaller improvements.
