This app allows researchers to collect real-time data directly from participants’ daily experiences to better understand these patterns. By logging daily experiences in the app, participants provide valuable insights into how natural hormone cycles and birth control affect mood, stress, and habits. This information can help researchers study links between hormones and behaviors, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of health, wellness, and substance use in young adults. The app is easy to use and designed for daily check-ins. Participants can record their experiences quickly, including the number of times they vape or use other substances, how they are feeling, and other relevant daily experiences. All data are securely collected and used only for research purposes. Whether you’re tracking natural hormone changes or the effects of birth control, your daily entries will help researchers gather detailed information about how hormones influence everyday life, providing insights that could improve health and well-being for young adults.
