Manabies School Edition

Manabies is a classroom-ready math game designed to help students solve tons of extra math problems. Through engaging missions, it turns basic arithmetic into a fun adventure. Adaptive algorithms make learning enjoyable for every student. In Manabies, learning isn’t an add-on — it’s the core of the fun. The game’s mechanics themselves are the math practice, and every interaction during a mission directly reinforces mathematical understanding. ► Start with multiplication, arrays, area models, and fractions in the current version. ► More K–9 math, new skills, and cute Manabies are on the way! ◉ ADAPTIVE PRACTICE Every student gets the right level of challenge at the right moment. Both math difficulty and gameplay adapt through: ► Spaced repetition ► Adaptive math problem difficulty ► Adaptive mission difficulty based on student reaction speed This approach supports active retrieval and strengthens long-term retention, while delivering a full-fledged game experience that keeps students engaged over time. ◉ CONCEPTUAL UNDERSTANDING Manabies builds strong math skills by combining conceptual understanding with effective practice. It offers students different ways of learning: ► Visual models of multiplication Students work with arrays (e.g., 8×6) and experience multiplication as an area, building intuitive understanding. ► Guided exploration of multiple strategies When students rely on the same pattern too often (e.g., 2×6), the game gently encourages alternative solutions (e.g., 3×4), supporting flexible thinking. ► Commutativity through interaction By shifting array shapes, students intuitively discover that 4×2 = 2×4. As students build understanding and see relationships, the game gradually shifts toward practice, mastery, and fluency. ◉ TEACHER DASHBOARD AND CLASSROOM INSIGHTS Teachers receive a clear overview of: ► Student progress and results ► Effort and time spent ► Concepts mastered vs. concepts that need reinforcement This makes it easy to monitor learning and quickly intervene where needed. ◉ MEET THE MANABIES Manabies keep students excited to return for another learning-filled mission. But what exactly are Manabies? ► Adorable companions who help students on their missions ► Creatures that grow stronger and evolve based on students’ progress ► Each with a unique look, abilities, and personality These companions create a sense of connection that keeps motivation high without distracting from the learning goal. ◉ ADAPTIVE PRACTICE READY FOR YOUR CLASSROOM!
