LINKU

About LINKU

Thank you for reviewing LinkU 1.4.3. About the app LinkU lets fans purchase scheduled one-on-one and group video-call sessions with artists. At the session time, the app calls each fan who purchased a ticket, in order, using CallKit (VoIP push). Time Sensitive Notifications (new in this version) We added the Time Sensitive Notifications entitlement. It is used for one purpose only: the incoming-call alert for a video call the user has already purchased and that is starting now. - If the device is in a Focus mode, iOS can block the CallKit incoming-call screen. In that case we send a single fallback alert so the user does not miss the call they paid for. If there is no answer, at most one more alert is sent about 20 seconds later. - When the call invitation expires, the alert is replaced by a passive, silent "The call has ended" notification. - Time Sensitive is never used for marketing, promotions, reminders, or any other general notifications. Users can turn it off at any time in Settings > Notifications > LinkU. Other changes in this version - Improved reliability of call connection. If a user taps an old call alert after the call has ended, the app returns to the waiting room instead of opening an empty call screen. - Waiting-room guidance ("You will be connected when the previous call ends"). - Option to purchase multiple tickets for a creator session. - Large UID display with a copy button on the My page. - Home banner and session detail display fixes. How to review Demo account: [email / password] 1. Sign in with the demo account. 2. Open My page to see the UID copy button. 3. Open any session from Home to view the session detail and the ticket purchase options. Live video calls need an artist on the other end at a scheduled time. If you would like to test a live call, please contact us at [contact email / phone] and we will arrange a test session at a time that suits you.
