Building Survey Pro

Building surveys, defect inspections and condition reports are often limited not by the inspection itself, but by the time required to produce accurate, well-structured documentation. Building Survey Pro streamlines this process by converting your on-site observations into a professionally formatted report on mobile or later on desktop. Your expertise remains central as the app simply accelerates the administrative workload. Building Survey Pro is a comprehensive building survey, defect report and inspection app for property professionals who require clarity, efficiency and consistency. HOW IT WORKS Record your observations verbally as you inspect. “Damp staining to the left-hand window reveal of bedroom 2, approximately 300mm in diameter, likely associated with defective pointing above.” The app transcribes technical terminology accurately and structures your notes into a formal report. An advanced professional grade AI survey tool refines your dictation into clear, precise reporting language and provides suggested probable causes and recommendations for your review. All AI outputs remain fully editable to ensure the final report reflects your professional judgement. Add up to three photographs per defect, annotate images, and apply traffic light condition ratings. Defects are organised by priority to support clarity and client communication. Generate a branded and professionally formatted PDF instantly, ready for issue. OFFLINE FIRST DESIGN Building Survey Pro works fully offline, ensuring reliability in basements, rural properties and new build schemes where signal is limited.
