Ninja Notes AI

Bot-free AI meeting notes — for the meetings that don’t happen in a Zoom room. No bot joining your call. No “notetaker has joined the meeting” awkwardness. Ninja Notes captures the audio, transcribes it, and turns every conversation into a clean summary with action items, decisions, and follow-ups. Built for professionals who meet anywhere — sales reps in the field, consultants on customer sites, executives between flights, and anyone whose best conversations happen outside the calendar. WHEN TO USE NINJA NOTES MOBILE • Coffee shop meetings, conference rooms, customer sites • Field sales calls and client visits • Hallway 1:1s and impromptu conversations • Travel — airports, cars, hotels • Site walks, store visits, campus tours, healthcare rounds • Anywhere a laptop isn’t open WHAT IT DOES • Records audio with your consent • Real-time AI transcription with 95%+ accuracy • Automatic summaries, action items, decisions, and follow-ups • Searchable history across every meeting you’ve recorded • Ask questions in plain English across your entire meeting history (Pro) • Share notes with your team or export them • Syncs with the Ninja Notes web and desktop apps WHY “BOT-FREE” MATTERS Most AI notetakers send a visible bot to your meeting and announce themselves to every participant. Ninja Notes records natively from your phone — no bot in the attendee list, no awkward intro, no privacy weirdness. You stay in the conversation. The AI handles the rest. A NOTE ON DESKTOP MEETINGS Mobile is purpose-built for in-room audio — coffee chats, customer sites, hallway conversations. • For Microsoft Teams meetings, use the Ninja Notes desktop app. Teams mobile restricts background audio capture, which can affect reliability. • For Zoom or Google Meet calls you’re joining from this same phone, use desktop, or use a second device for capture. • Mobile captures in-room audio, not in-app audio. WHO IT’S FOR Sales reps, consultants, customer success teams, field service, healthcare professionals, executives, students, and anyone tired of typing while trying to listen. PRICING Subscription plans available - see in the app. PRIVACY & RECORDING CONSENT Ninja Notes only records when you start a session. Audio is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data, and we only train on your voice — never on the voices of other meeting participants. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording laws and for obtaining consent from participants where required. Some jurisdictions, including “all-party consent” (two-party consent) U.S. states, require every participant in a conversation to consent before being recorded. Always disclose recording when required by law or by your organization’s policies.
