About Strength Ledger UI
Strength Ledger connects athletes and coaches through structured programming, session logging, performance tracking, and integrated powerlifting meet preparation. Built for coached strength athletes, Strength Ledger gives you a focused mobile experience designed around execution, consistency, and communication with your coach. Features: The athlete training dashboard gives the athlete a high-level overview of what they have assigned for the day. From the dashboard, you can view the assigned training session, track readiness and weekly consistency, monitor recent activity and session history, and access upcoming sessions or future blocks. Strength ledger supports detailed session logging with sets, reps, weight, and RPE tracking, along with unit conversion support for kilograms and pounds. Coaches can deliver updated programming through the connected web-based platform, allowing the athlete to stay synchronized with their training plan in real time. The platform also includes an integrated meet preparation tool for powerlifting athletes preparing for competition. Athletes can access their meet attempts, warmup plans, event details, and meet-day information directly within the app, helping bridge the gap between training and competition. Strength Ledger was designed by two people who genuinely love strength trains, powerlifting, and the process of long-term athletic development. The platform continues to evolve through real coaching experience, athlete feedback, and a shared passion for the strength community.
