Otopark+ Parking & Car Wash

Otopark+ brings the daily work of a parking lot or car wash into one app: vehicle check-in, automatic fees at exit, services, subscribers, debts and reports. FAST VEHICLE CHECK-IN • Scan the license plate with the camera or type it in; the entry time is recorded automatically. • See every vehicle on site with its time parked and the services added. Search by plate, filter and sort. EXIT AND AUTOMATIC FEES • The fee is calculated at exit from the time-based rates you set, your free-parking period and any services added. • Apply a discount when needed. • Record how the customer paid: cash, card, bank transfer or on account. Otopark+ does not process payments; it keeps a record of them. • Print receipts on a Bluetooth thermal printer (ESC/POS, 58 or 80 mm). CAR WASH AND EXTRA SERVICES • Set up washes and other extras with your own prices and add them to a vehicle with one tap; they go straight into the total. • Set your wash capacity and business hours. SUBSCRIBERS, DEBTS AND BLACKLIST • Track monthly and yearly subscribers, the days they have left and their payments, and send reminders via WhatsApp. • Amounts left on account go into the debt ledger. See open and paid debts separately and mark what has been collected. • Add vehicles that left without paying to a blacklist. REPORTS • Daily, weekly and monthly revenue, plus an end-of-day report with a per-vehicle breakdown compared with yesterday and the same day last week. • Export reports to Excel or PDF and share them. TEAM AND OFFLINE WORK • Invite staff with a code and separate permissions with owner, admin and employee roles. • Keep recording when the connection drops; your data syncs when you are back online. GOOD TO KNOW • App languages: Turkish, English, Spanish and Russian. • Otopark+ is built for businesses in Turkey: plate scanning and validation follow the Turkish plate format, and amounts are shown in Turkish lira (₺). FREE TRIAL AND PLUS+ • A new business account starts with a 14-day free trial; no payment is needed to get started. PLUS+ features are included during the trial. • When the trial ends, your data is kept and basic vehicle check-in and exit stay available. Subscribers, blacklist, reports, the revenue chart, team management and cloud backup require a PLUS+ subscription. • PLUS+ is offered monthly or yearly; the current price is shown before you buy. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Support: [email protected] Terms of Use: https://otopark.co/terms Privacy Policy: https://otopark.co/privacy
