Dokan Vendor (Plugin)

The Dokan Vendor App is the much needed tool your marketplace has been missing. Built specifically for Dokan marketplace owners, it puts a complete vendor dashboard in the hands of every vendor on your platform. Orders, products, earnings, customer support, media, and team management - all working in real time, right from a phone. This is what a well-run marketplace looks like. FULL ORDER CONTROL, RIGHT FROM THE START Every new order lands in the app the moment it is placed. Your vendors see the complete picture: billing details, shipping information, ordered items, and totals. They update the order status, create shipments, and write notes for buyers without needing a computer. Fulfillment on your marketplace runs on your schedule, not on your vendors' laptop availability. PRODUCT LISTINGS THAT ALWAYS REFLECT REALITY Your buyers make purchasing decisions based on what they see on your marketplace. This app makes sure what they see is accurate. Vendors edit product names, short and long descriptions, prices, stock levels, and images straight from their phone. No outdated listings. No wrong prices sitting live because a vendor could not get to their desk. EARNINGS VISIBILITY THAT DRIVES PERFORMANCE Sales figures, commission breakdowns, and payout records are one tap away inside the app. Vendors who can clearly see what they are earning run more motivated, more attentive stores. That attentiveness shows up in how well your buyers get served. THE FULL MEDIA LIBRARY, AVAILABLE ANYWHERE Your vendors connect to your complete WordPress media library from the app. They browse files already uploaded, add new product images from their phone, and apply them to listings immediately. The work that used to require a desktop login now takes thirty seconds on a phone. FAST REPLIES THAT BUILD BUYER LOYALTY Product Q&A and store support tickets sit in one shared inbox. Vendors see them and reply from the app. Buyers get timely answers. That responsiveness builds the kind of reputation that turns one-time buyers into regulars on your marketplace. CLEAN POST-PURCHASE HANDLING, EVERY TIME Return and warranty requests are visible the moment they come in. Vendors review them, make a decision, and close them out. Your post-purchase process runs smoothly and your buyers feel taken care of at every step. STORE REPUTATION, ACTIVELY MANAGED Ratings, verification badges, and follower numbers are all in one place. Vendors manage review approvals without logging into a browser. Your marketplace maintains the standard of quality your buyers expect. ORGANISED VENDOR TEAMS, FROM ANY LOCATION Vendors with multi-member teams assign roles and set permissions directly from the app. Larger vendor operations stay structured and professional from day one. THE STANDARD YOUR MARKETPLACE DESERVES The Dokan Vendor App turns every vendor on your marketplace into an always-available, always-responsive store owner. That is the standard your buyers expect. Now it is the standard your marketplace delivers. Requires an active AppBridge license. Whitelabeled with your marketplace branding. Real-time sync with your WooCommerce and Dokan setup. [:mav: 1.1.7]
